How do I figure out my bracelet (wrist) size?
To accurately determine your bracelet size, take a string, wrap it around your wrist, and then use a tape measure to figure out your wrist size! Add +0.5" to this size when ordering bracelets to ensure they fit well and aren't too tight!
How do I figure out my ring size?
Our rings use standard ring-sizing when placing an order. This guide may be useful to determine your ring size.
What is your typical turn-around time?
Our standard turn-around time is 1-1.5 weeks!
I accidentally ordered the wrong bracelet. Can I return it or exchange it for a different one?

Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.We also do not accept foreign credit cards. We plan to add international orders in the future!
I did not receive a confirmation email. How can I check that my order went through successfully?
A automatic confirmation order is sent to the email provided at checkout. If you did not receive one immediately, wait a few minutes and check your inboxes (including spam) to see if it came through. If not, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check for your order and resend a confirmation.
