Refund policy
In order to provide the highest quality products, our return & refund policy aims to allow dissatisfied customers to return or exchange their purchase dependent on the situation.
Our Own (Honest) Mistakes:
If we made a mistake regarding customization, bead size, or anything outside of your control, we will happily exchange the incorrect item for the intended one.
If you would rather have a refund than an exchange, we will refund the purchase price upon receiving the purchased item. Made Ya Look, OC will cover all additional shipping charges!
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We try our best to ensure all products are properly packaged and shipped with care, but we know sometimes things happen. We will gladly fix any issues regarding defective or damaged goods.
There is a $25 repair fee for bracelets that have broken and need to be re-strung, and an additional charge for replacing beads that are missing. Please email us at contact@madeyalookoc.com for more info.
There is 6 month replacement/return window for items that tarnish within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months, there are no returns for wear and tear.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange or return a non-customized product, email us at contact@madeyalookoc.com to begin the exchange process.
All exchanges and returns must postmarked and shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on customized products. However, if you would like to exchange for a similarly-priced item, please email us. Also, please have proof of purchase available (email confirmation).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Additional Information:
Upon reaching out to us at contact@madeyalookoc.com, we will get you a return shipping label if the return/exchange is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
